I get this error - 'Sorry, Zoho Analytics was unable to import this file' while importing Excel files. How do I overcome this?

I get this error - 'Sorry, Zoho Analytics was unable to import this file' while importing Excel files. How do I overcome this?

This error occurs in the following scenario:
  • Invalid Excel file has been selected for import.
  • Any conditional format is specified with infinite range. For Eg: A:A
  • Any pivot view is created in the Excel workbook.
  • Invalid Lookup or any reference error is in the Excel workbook.
This could be easily identified by opening the Excel file. Any error will be marked red or will show an error message with required information.
