Lucidchart for Zoho Directory

Prerequisites

  1. A Lucidchart Enterprise account

Configure SAML in Zoho One

  1. Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Marketplace, then use the search bar to find and install Lucidchart.

  3. Name your app and enter your Domain Name.
    4. Note: Ensure that you're entering a domain you own. You will be asked to enter this value in Lucidchart as well.
  4. If you want to test the SAML configuration before allowing users to access Lucidchart, uncheck Display app to users.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Click Manage Application, then Single Sign-On.
  7. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them, if needed.
  8. Click Identity Provider Details, then download the IDP Metadata file.

Configure SAML in Lucidchart

  1. Sign in to your Lucidchart account.
  2. Click Team, then click App Integration.
  3. Click SAML, then click Activation.
  4. Check Enable SAML Integration, then enter your domain name in the Domain field under Lucidchart Sign in URL. Ensure that this is the same value entered in Zoho One.
  5. Upload the IdP Metadata file under Identity Provider Metadata.
  6. Click Save changes.

Test the SAML connection

  1. Return to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Applications, then click Lucidchart.
  3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
  4. Click . If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Lucidchart's homepage.

Make app visible to all users

After successfully testing the SSO, you can make Lucidchart available for all users to access from their My Apps pages.

To make Lucidchart visible to all users:
  1. Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Applications, then click Lucidchart.
  3. Click Edit, check Display app to users, then click Update.

  4. You can now access Lucidchart from Zoho One's My Apps page.
