Configure privacy settings to make Zoho Motivator GDPR compliant.
View activity logs
Track activities related to KPIs, targets, contents, dashboards, and teams in Zoho Motivator by displaying activity logs.
To display activity logs:
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click the SETTINGS button in the top-left corner and select PRIVACY.
- Click ACTIVITY LOGS to display past activities.
Note
- Only Admin and Super Admin of the CRM organization can view the activity logs. For more information on CRM users, refer to Add a CRM User.
Request stored data
You can request data stored in Zoho Motivator in the form of an encrypted zipped file. Password will be sent to the Super Admin via email.
To request data:
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click the SETTINGS button in the top-left corner and select PRIVACY.
- Click REQUEST DATA.
- Click OK to request data.
Note
- Only Super Admin of the CRM organization can request for data. For more information on CRM users, refer to Add a CRM User.
Delete organization data
You can request to delete all data stored in Zoho Motivator.
To delete organization data:
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click the SETTINGS button in the top-left corner and select PRIVACY.
- Click DELETE ORGANIZATION.
- Click DELETE to request deletion of organization data.
Note
- Only Super Admin of the CRM organization can delete organization data.
- The stored data will be deleted after 60 days and cannot be restored.
- Restoration of data can only be done within 60 days by requesting to support@zohomotivator.com.
