System Requirements

Zoho Meeting is a web-based conferencing solution that works well with all modern browsers, operating systems and mobile devices. The following system requirements are applicable to presenters, participants or attendees of online meetings and webinars.

Hardware

  1. Desktop/laptop with compatible OS
  2. Built-in/plugged-in/wireless speakers and microphone
  3. Web camera if video is required

Internet Speed

  1. For audio-only sessions: 2 Mbps
  1. For audio and video: 5 Mbps
  1. For audio, video, and screen sharing: 8Mbps

Compatible Operating Systems

  1. Windows 7 (Version 6.1 and above)
  2. Mac OS X 10.10 and above
  3. Linux - All Operating Systems that support the latest Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Supported Web Browsers 

  • Chrome - 55 and above
  • Firefox - 54 and above
  • Opera
  • Microsoft Edge (Version 79)
  • Safari
Note
A one-time download of the Zoho Meeting desktop app is required for Opera, Safari, and older versions of Microsoft Edge.

Mobile device requirements

Use the Zoho Meeting  iOS and Android apps to join meetings and webinars on the go.  The Zoho Meeting iOS app also lets you sign in and launch meetings from anywhere.

  1. iOS 10 or later
  2. iPhone 5 or later, iPad Pro, iPad Mini2, iPad 4 or later, iPod touch 6th generation
  3. Android 5.0x or later

Download apps and extension

Points to note
  • The Zoho Meeting Chrome extension is required for screen sharing during meetings and webinars.
  • The Zoho Meeting desktop app is recommended for better experience and ease of use.
  • Currently, the android app only lets participants join online meetings and webinars. It does not let presenters host meetings or webinars.
  • The iOS app lets you conduct meetings and also join meetings and webinars from anywhere.
