Video-conferencing in Zoho Connect

How to start a video conference?
You can start a video conference within a Connect group or with a set of members in your network.
To start a conference within a group, follow the steps below:
- Open the Connect group you want to start a video conference with.
- Click the video icon in the top-right section of the group.
- In the new page, you can add all or specific members from your group.
- You can click Start Now to the hold the conference immediately or use the Schedule Later option.
- Once you start, you will need to provide access to your system's camera and microphone.
To start a conference with network members from different groups, follow the steps below:
- Click the video icon above the post editor or click the + icon in the top-right section of your screen and select Start a Video Conference.
- In the new page, you can search and add members from your network.
- Click Start Now or Schedule Later.
Details of a scheduled conference can also be viewed from the Upcoming Conferences widget in the right.
How to join a conference?
- Once a conference starts, you'll receive a prompt in your Zoho Connect window, with the Join button.
- Or you can join a conference from the post in your Group/My feed page.
- A notification is also sent with the Join option.
How to delete a scheduled conference?
- Open the conference details from the post.
- Click the three dot menu in the pop-out.
- Click Delete.
