What should I do if I forget a notebook or a note card's passcode?
In case you forget your passcode, you can reset the password by typing the wrong passcodes thrice to get a passcode hint. If you still get the passcode wrong, you can type wrong passcodes 5 times to get to the passcode reset option. Once you're there, you simply tap the reset button. This will send an email to the Zoho account's registered email address.
