Why did I get this error "You don't have permission to view this page. Please contact your administrator."?

Why did I get this error "You don't have permission to view this page. Please contact your administrator."?

You might encounter this error due to any one of the following reasons given below. Please check the emailed URL or chat and troubleshoot accordingly.  



Case 1: You are not part of the team, or you might have missed the invitation sent from Zoho Sprints. 
Troubleshoot: Contact your admin to have them add you to the team (i.e. portal). If you have missed the invitation email sent to your email address, check your inbox and accept the invitation. Contact your admin to resend the invitation mail, if you haven't received the email.  

Case 2:   You are part of the team but not added to the project
Troubleshoot: Contact your admin or project manager to have them add you to the project. 

Case 3:   You are part of the team and project but not yet added to the sprint.
Troubleshoot: Contact your admin or project manager or sprint owner to have them add you to the sprint. 

Case 4: You are part of the team and project but cannot access a work item in the sprint. 
Troubleshoot:  Contact your admin or project manager or sprint owner to have them add you to the respective sprint. 

Note: If you don't want to troubleshoot the error, you can edit the url and go back to your team (i.e. portal).
