Why does this message appear: "Invalid entries found, please correct and resubmit," when visitors try to submit a form?

If this message appears, here are the two things you can do:

 

  • Access your site builder at sites.zoho.com and click the form on your page.

 

  1. Click the Customize Form button.

  2. Make sure that none of the check boxes under the Validation section on the right-hand side are selected.

  3. If it is, click to remove selection.

 

Note: The check-box options under the validation section are not applicable for Zoho Sites forms. This option will be removed in our next update.

 

  • Or, you can export your form entry data elsewhere and delete form Contact Manager/Form Data. This will enable you to receive more entries if you have exceeded the 2000 entry limit.
