If you have upgraded your Mac OS with the Mojave update, you might face issues with using the Give Control feature.
Even if you give keyboard and mouse controls to another participant, they will not be able to take control over your mouse and keyboard. This is because you need to provide access to your Zoho Meeting app to control your computer. You will be prompted to do this the first time you use Give Control after the OS update, as shown below.
If you deny access the first time, you can follow these steps to provide access later.
- Go to System Preferences.
- Select Security and Privacy.
- Under Privacy, click Accessibility.
- Click the lock icon in the bottom-left corner and enter your username and password to unlock the setting.
- Check the box next to Zoho Meeting to provide access.
