Yes. You can customize a Related List section in a Record's Details page. To do so, follow these steps:
- Click on the [Module] tab. For eg. Leads.
- Open a [Module] List Record.
- Click on the drop down list on top of that related list.
- Add the columns that you need.
- Click Save.
