You can activate or deactivate the web form by following the steps given below:- Click Setup.
- In the Setup page, under Leads/Contacts/Cases Settings, click the Web-to-Leads/Contacts/Cases Form link.
- In the Web to Lead/Contact/Case page, move the mouse pointer over the Form Name.

- Click the Active or Inactive icon, as required.
