If you wish to cancel your Zoho Campaigns subscription:
- From the navigation toolbar, choose Settings and select Subscription.
- Click the Change plan button.
- Click the link that says Click here. Read the popup that appears.
- Click Yes.
Once canceled, your email credit plan will become '0'.
Your contacts/campaigns/templates will remain in your account but you won't be able to send email campaigns. All of your scheduled campaigns will be changed to draft status. Afterwards, you can always upgrade your plan again and start sending campaigns.
