How do I export CRM data and garbled foreign characters?

For Excel 2003

1. Open Microsoft Excel.
2. Data - Import External Data - Import Data.
3. Choose the file.
4. In Text Import Wizard Choose 'Delimited' as 'Original data type'.
5. Choose UTF-8 from the File-origin List box.
6. Click Next.
7. Choose 'Comma' as 'Delimiters'.
8. Click Next.
9. Choose 'Text' as 'Column data format' by selecting each column from Data Preview.
10. Click Finish and open in New Work Sheet.

For Excel 2007 & 2010

1. Open Microsoft Excel.
2. Data - From Text.
3. Choose the file.
4. In Text Import Wizard Choose 'Delimited' as 'Original data type'.
5. Choose UTF-8 from the File-origin List box.
6. Click Next.
7. Choose 'Comma' as 'Delimiters'.
8. Click Next.
9. Choose 'Text' as 'Column data format' by selecting each column from Data Preview.
10. Click Finish and open in New Work Sheet.
