How do I view the import details?

You can view the import history by following the steps below:

  1. Open the Contacts tab from the navigation bar.
  2. Select the All Contacts sub tab. 
  3. Click Import History from the More option present on the top right corner.
  4. This shows the contacts segregated as:
  • Total Contacts
  • Added Contacts
  • Duplicate Contacts
  • Ignored Contacts, which comprises different scenarios for ignored contacts.
