How is Google My Business different from Google Plus Page and Profile?

Although it has not really caught on as a social network, Google indexes your Google+ posts in the search results if you’ve enabled the setting to be discoverable on Google. Since each post has a unique URL, when someone engages with your content, there’s a good chance that it could surface as a ranked search result.

Google Posts that appear on the Knowledge Panel have a lifespan of only 7 days. If you'd like to keep your posts for an extended period of time, we suggest you use the repeat post option.

Please note that Google allows access to GMB APIs for large retailers who manage less than 10 chain locations. If you manage 10 or more chain locations, you may not be able to post to your listing via Zoho Social.
