STEPS TO EDIT FACEBOOK FORM FIELD MAPPING:
- Log in to Zoho Social and make sure you are connected to Zoho CRM. Not yet integrated Zoho CRM? Learn how you can set it up here.
- Head over to the Posts tab, select Facebook Lead Gen and click Edit Mapping below the Form Fields Mapped section.
- You will see a list of fields that you've used across all your Active Ads.
- If you don't have any active lead ads, click the drop down at the top and switch to view fields from All Ads.
- If you want to edit mapping only for a specific lead form, navigate to that form in the list view and click on the pencil icon to edit mapping.
- Please note that the first time you set up this integration, we will suggest CRM fields under the MAPPED column. Click Update to confirm the suggested mapping.
- If you don't find a relevant field to map, click on Create Custom Field in the drop down. This will take you to CRM. Head over to Settings > Modules and Fields > Leads > Standard Layout and then create the additional field.
- Head back to Zoho Social and click on refresh at the top right corner of the screen. Now, you will be able to see the newly created field in the drop down.
- Once you have reviewed and updated the mapping, the count of form fields mapped will be updated and your leads will begin to sync with CRM.
Please note that only new leads will be pushed to Zoho CRM. If you would like to push leads that were captured in the last 90 days before you set up this integration, click on Add all leads into CRM.

You can edit mapping of additional fields related to the ad campaign, ad set, ad, form and page so that you may segregate the leads data and create automations within CRM based on these campaign information.
