Import contacts from Zoho Contacts
You can set up sync between Zoho Contacts and Zoho Campaigns to import all your contacts from Zoho Contacts account into a mailing list of your Campaigns account.
Set up a sync
- From the Navigation bar, select the Contacts module.
- Select Sync Services.
- Navigate to Zoho Contacts sync setup and click New Sync.
- Enter the following details,
- Sync Name- This is for internal reference.
- Sync To- Select the mailing list you want to sync details to
- Proceed by clicking on Next and go to the detailed view of the sync.
Import Result
To view the Import Result, click the View Details button on the sync. You can see the number of new contacts, re-added, duplicate contacts, ignored contacts and deleted contacts. Upon clicking on the number in any category, the email address of contacts will be displayed. For eg. If you click on the newly added contact count, the email address of those contact is displayed.
Use case
I have updated many new contacts in Zoho Contacts over the period of time. Should I create another sync to import the new contacts?
You don't have to create new sync, you can make use of the Import Recent Contacts button to update your list.
- From the Navigation toolbar, click Contacts and select Sync Services.
- Navigate to Zoho Contacts sync setup and click Active Syncs.
- Hover over the sync and click Import Recent Contacts.
