Integrate your SugarCRM account with MarketingHub

Integrate your SugarCRM account with MarketingHub and import the leads that you have in various modules of SugarCRM. Import them and send email newsletters to them by adding them to your mailing lists.

Pre-requisites:

Before you integrate your account, make sure that you have added the ZohoCampaigns API platform for MarketingHub. Only an administrator of the SugarCRM account can add a API platform. To add it, Go to Admin > Configure API Platform > Add the platform in your SugarCRM account.

To connect your SugarCRM account:

1. From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings. 
2. Select Apps under Integrations. 



3. Mouse over SugarCRM and click Connect. 

    

5. To comply with GDPR, we inform the activities that will be performed after integration, 
      • Sync your SugarCRM data with Zoho MarketingHub. 
      • Share your email campaigns with SugarCRM. 
      • Share your campaign activities as member status with SugarCRM.
6. Click Continue.
