Is there a feature to send responses automatically to anyone who follows me or likes my page?

The auto response feature is not currently available in Zoho Social. We allow you to customize your own messages/responses and engage personally with your audience from the Messages tab. This allows you to establish personal rapport and gain more comprehensive feedback.

We encourage interacting with leads on authentically, since automating all the features removes the human element from interactions, which are crucial to building your brand's presence on social media and tapping potential sales targets.
