Multilevel Checklist for Orchestly

Checklists come in handy while performing transitions in jobs. If users need a more detailed list supporting multiple levels of information, a multilevel checklist can be used.

How to install a Multilevel Checklist

  1. Navigate to  and select Extensions.

  2. Navigate to All Apps  and select the Multilevel Checklist for Orchestly extension

  3. Click the Install button to view the extension details. 

  4. Under General, choose your custom preferences for the extension. 

  5. Click Install.  

Implementing a multilevel checklist in Orchestly

  1. Navigate to  and select Automation

  2. Select an existing Blueprint or create a new one. Click on a transition to view the transition details in the right panel. 

    • Under the During tab, check Widgets and click the Add button. 

    • In the Select Widget dropdown, choose the multilevel checklist. 

    • Enter the checklist title. 

    • Now, add items to the checklist. You can add more items to the list by clicking the    icon.  If you want to mandate an item, check the Mandatory box. 

  3. To add a sublist, check the Click to add sublist checkbox.

    • Add a title to the sublist and start adding sublist items. 

  4. Once the checklist is configured, Publish the blueprint. 



When this transition is being performed in the job, a pop-up with the checklist items will appear. Upon checking an item, the corresponding sublist items appear. 


 
All mandatory items need to be checked to complete a transition. Once the transition is complete, the checklist and sublist items can be accessed, along with the other job details.
