Some of the contacts have not been pushed to Zoho CRM. Why is this happening?
Contacts will not be pushed if:
- They have already been synced from Zoho CRM.
- Mandatory fields such as first name, last name, email address are not available.
- The campaign is not sent to the mailing lists configured in the Configure Mailing List step in Push as Contacts or Push as Leads enabling process.
- There is no user activity in the sent campaign.
