Upgrade to enterprise plan
To access unlimited privileges in Orchestly, we recommend that you upgrade your plan to Enterprise version.
To upgrade your plan:
- Navigate to your Profile in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Click the Subscription Details button to view pricing details.
- Click Upgrade.
- Under Plan Details , choose a Payment Frequency and enter the No. of Users.
- Click Continue.
- Review your order summary and click Confirm.
- Enter your billing address and payment details.
- Click Make Payment.
- A confirmation message with the transaction details will be displayed.
- Once your plan is upgraded, you will receive a purchase email containing all the plan details.
- Payments are recurring and your credit card will be charged automatically.
Upgrade or downgrade user
You can manage your subscription to purchase additional user licenses or remove existing users from your organization in the enterprise plan:
- Navigate to your Profile in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Click the Subscription Details button.
- Click Upgrade User to purchase additional users.
- Enter the number of users and click Continue. Confirm your order summary and click Make Payment.
- Click Downgrade User to remove users from your organization.
- Enter the number of users and click Downgrade. Click Confirm to complete the process.
A confirmation for the upgrade or downgrade will be displayed.
Best practices:
- Ensure that you purchase users higher than or equal to the existing number of users in the organization. If the upgraded user count is less, the remaining users will be deactivated from the organization.
- However, you will be able to add new users beyond the purchased user limit. But these users will be active only for 7 days. Make sure that you purchase additional user licenses before they are deactivated.
Downgrade your subscription plan
To downgrade your plan:
- Navigate to your Profile in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Click the Subscription Details button.
- Click Change Plan.
- Pick a plan and click Downgrade.
- Enter your feedback and click Confirm Downgrade.
- You can choose to downgrade your plan at the end of billing cycle by selecting the check box.
- A confirmation for the downgrade will be displayed.
Once you downgrade your subscription plan, you will not be able to access Orchestly. However, you can restore your data anytime by upgrading your plan.
Switch to yearly subscription
You can switch from monthly subscription plan to an annual subscription plan.
- Navigate to your Profile in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Click the Subscription Details button.
- Click Switch to Yearly.
- Confirm your order summary and click Make Payment.
Download the payment invoice
To view your payment history or download invoices for the payments you have made:
- Navigate to your Profile in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Click the Subscription Details button.
- Click Payment History hyperlink in Recurring On to view your payment history.
- Click the PDF icon to download the required invoice.
Change credit card details
If you want to modify your credit card details:
- Navigate to your Profile in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Click the Subscription Details button.
- Click Credit Card hyperlink in Payment Method and update your card details.
- Click Update.
You can also change your billing address by clicking the Billing Address hyperlink in Payment Method.
