Why can’t I find the recording of my meeting or webinar?
Automated recording uploads tend to fail when the size of the recording is considerably large. If you cannot find the recording of a session, please write to us at
support@zohomeeting.com and we'll trigger a manual upload to our servers for you to access the recording.
