ZAOP 4000 fails to start in Ubuntu 16

Issue:

ZAOP version 4000 fails to start in Ubuntu 16.

Analysis:

Manually starting the DB works fine. 
Found that<Zoho Home>/Analytics/pgsql/bin/libreadline.so.6 was missing.

Solution:

Copy the .zip file and extract in the location.

Note: It will be fixed in 4100.
