If the resource you're looking to delete has upcoming bookings, you'll be asked to cancel them before you can delete. A resource cannot be deleted unless all their upcoming bookings are over or have been canceled. You can also mark the resource as "Inactive" instead of deleting it altogether. This will restrict customers from making further bookings for the resource. When you click on "Reschedule Bookings," you'll be taken to the
appointments list page, where you can check and cancel the bookings.
