Delete a resource

Super admins and admins can view and edit this information. Managers can only view this information. Staff members will not have access to this information. 

To delete a resources, click the  icon in the top-right corner and navigate to Resources.  
 

Click the resource you wish to delete, then click the delete icon in the top-right corner. 
 

Services associated to the resource you delete are also deleted. After deletion, details of a resource or the associated service cannot be retrieved.

Deleting a resource with upcoming bookings

If the resource you're looking to delete has upcoming bookings, you'll be asked to cancel them before you can delete. A resource cannot be deleted unless all their upcoming bookings are over or have been canceled. You can also mark the resource as "Inactive" instead of deleting it altogether. This will restrict customers from making further bookings for the resource. When you click on "Reschedule Bookings," you'll be taken to the appointments list page, where you can check and cancel the bookings. 

  

Deleting a resource with past bookings

If the resource you're looking to delete has past bookings, you can choose what happens with the history of bookings after the resource is deleted. The history of bookings can be deleted for both you and the customers, or you can delete it only from your bookings account while keeping it available for customers. They can view this history in their portal or through a bookmarked link.
