How do I restrict a user’s access?

You can restrict access to users temporarily by marking them as inactive. This is similar to blocking a user.  

To restrict user access, 


1. From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings. 

2. Choose Manage users under Users and control. 

3. Click Mark as inactive.
