Open or Save a Copy of a Presentation

Open an existing presentation

Zoho show allows you to open a presentation that already exists in your Zoho Docs and Desktop folder. Further, edit, import, export, and undo or redo your slides with ease. 

 

To open any presentation, click File menu at the upper-left corner of top bar and select Open from the menu list. This will open a window with list of all presentations that is created by you and shared with you. 

To open recently viewed presentation, choose a presentation to open from the specified list or click Open Recent from the menu to open presentations that you recently viewed.

Save a copy of a presentation

All your Zoho Show presentations will be automatically saved on the cloud, so you don't need to manually save every time you make changes.

To save a copy of a presentation,
By default, all of your actions in the slide are saved automatically while you edit your slide.

• To save a copy of the presentation with a different name, click File at the upper-left corner of top bar, and select Duplicte from the menu list.
