Share or embed registration link

Once you've scheduled a webinar, promote it among your target audience by sharing your webinar registration link. 

You can spread the word about your webinar in two ways.
Copy the registration link and send it via email or share it in posts related to your webinar.

To get the registration link:
Click My Webinars on the left pane and click your webinar name. You can view and copy the registration link under Registration.
Embed the registration link on your web page. People who visit your page will know about your webinar and register for it. They can also join the webinar at the scheduled time without accessing email invitations.

To embed the registration link:
  1. Click My Webinars on the left pane and click your webinar name.
  2. Click Grab embed code.
  3. Copy and paste the code on your web page.

Note
  • The feature to embed registration link is only available in the paid edition of Zoho Meeting.
  • Only a single embed code can be generated for a webinar.
