What are available fields and new fields in layouts?

Available Fields: Fields from previously created layouts are listed in the available fields section. This supports reusability of fields between layouts. 

New Fields: This section allows you to create new custom fields for layouts. Drag and drop a field from the variety of custom fields and configure its properties to add the field to your layout.
