Streamline your hiring process
Navigate to Settings > Portal Setup > Candidate Portal. Click Customize on the right-hand side of the page.
See what your candidate portal's login page will look like on the Candidate Login Page tab.
Customize your candidate registration form in the Custom Fields tab. You can add the fields you need in addition to the 10 mandatory fields.
Click on the arrow on the right side of the sheet to preview your fields.
On the Theme tab, set colors and font styles to reflect your brand.
After customizing your candidate portal, click Save.
Here is an example of Zylker Corp's Candidate Portal
Quinn Rivers creates an account with Zylker Corp. by filling the registration form that is displayed when he clicks Create an account on the Login page.
After he creates the account with Zylker Corp., he goes to the Login page to log in to his profile.
He can now view his personal, education, and experience details on his profile. He can edit or delete the information he has provided whenever he wants to by clicking on the Edit button on each tab. The resume tab will contain the resume that he used initially to register with Zylker's Candidate Portal. The Skills tab displays skills that were parsed from his resume and also allows him to edit and add skills manually. Updating a new resume will also result in the updation of skills in the Skills tab. He can also add Cover letters and other documents under the Attachments tab.
The Jobs section has two tabs, Current Openings and Applied Jobs. The Current Openings tab displays the jobs that Zylker has published on their website. Quinn can open a job and apply for it with just a few clicks. The Applied Jobs tab contains a list of all the jobs that Quinn has applied for.
Go to the Candidates module and open a candidate record.
Select Data Privacy in the Info section on the left panel.
Click Applicable and select Consent in the Data Processing Basis dropdown box.
Click Done to enable candidate consent.
