How can I change or cancel my subscription?

Follow the instructions below to buy Zoho Meeting plans, licenses, add-ons or downgrade your account.

Purchase licenses and add-ons

  1. In your Zoho Meeting account, select Settings and click Subscription.
  2. Click Manage to edit your subscription.
  3. Click  Upgrade Add-ons.
  4. Add the number of hosts, participants, and select the add-ons you want to buy.
  5. Click Continue and make your payment.

Downgrade licenses and add-ons

  1. In your Zoho Meeting account, select Settings and click Subscription.
  2. Click Manage to edit your subscription.
  3. Click Downgrade Add-ons.
  4. Reduce the number of hosts, participants, and select the add-ons you want to downgrade.
  5. Click Downgrade.

Cancel subscription

  1. In your Zoho Meeting account, select Settings and click Subscription.
  2. Click Manage to edit your subscription.
  3. Click Change plan.
  4. Click the Cancel Meeting Subscription link at the bottom of the page.
  5. Enter the reason for your downgrade.
  6. Use the checkbox option to keep your account active till the end of your billing cycle. If you uncheck the box, your account will be downgraded immediately.

Upgrade or downgrade meeting/webinar plan

  1. In your Zoho Meeting account, select Settings and click Subscription.
  2. Click Manage to edit your subscription.
  3. Click Change plan.
  4. Click the Downgrade or Upgrade option for meeting or webinar.
  5. Click Confirm.
